A truly move-in ready house, from ceiling to floor
Move-in ready is one of those phrases you hear a lot. At 637 Redlands Pl, it happens to be literal: the 1,516 square foot interior just finished a full renovation, and the next owner can walk in with furniture and little else.
What the renovation covered
Wide plank luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout. Ceilings were scraped of popcorn and refinished smooth, every wall was freshly painted, and new baseboards went in edge to edge. Custom LED recessed lighting now fills the rooms, with four recessed lights and a ceiling fan in each bedroom.
The details you notice later
Custom wood blinds fit flush inside every windowsill, giving each window a clean, finished line. The windows and sliding doors are upgraded dual-pane vinyl and tinted, which keeps the house calm in the San Diego sun. The primary bedroom's sliding glass door frames the canyon view, and the open plan gathers the kitchen, dining, and living rooms around a classic red brick fireplace.
What it saves the next owner
New flooring, smooth ceilings, fresh paint, new lighting, and efficient windows are big line items on any move-in list. They are done here. The house is offered at $1,050,000, which makes it the lowest-priced 3-bedroom in Bonita today, on a 7,227 square foot canyon lot with a 2-car garage plus two extra parking spaces.
One honest note on the photos: the home is vacant, so the interior shots on this site are virtually staged. The structure, finishes, and upgrades you see are real, exactly as they stand. To see them in person, book a tour and walk it room by room.
